How do I find providers who accept my health insurance and research prescriptions?
You can search for providers who accept your Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plan and also look up prescriptions by logging on to the BCBS web-site.
Does Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield offer a mail order option for prescriptions?
Yes, the current mail order provider is Prime Mail. You can contact Prime Mail toll free at 866-260-0487, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with any questions about using their services.
How do I get a new or additional health insurance card?
You can contact the Tioga County Benefits Office at (607) 687-8205 to request a new insurance card.
I have moved and have a new address, who should I notify?
If you are a NYS Pensioner contact the NYS Retirement System at 1-866-805-0990 to notify them of your new address. If you carry health insurance through Tioga County, contact the Tioga County Benefits Office at (607) 687-8205 to change your address for Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield.
