We offer standard SCHEDULED BUS SERVICE & DIAL-A-RIDE curb to curb service.

DAYS / HOURS OF SERVICE – Ride Tioga operates Monday through Friday. Hours of services are 5:45 a.m. through 7:00 p.m. Each route is different. Please see individual route guides for route services hours. NO Service on: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

ROUTE DEVIATION – If you live within ¾ mile of a fixed route and are unable to get to the bus stop, due to a disability, a bus will pick you up curbside. You must call 607-687-7433 at least 24 hours in advance for this service. The fare for Para transit is double the Fixed Route fare.

CHILDREN – Children 5 years and under ride free if they are accompanied by an adult (limit 3 children per adult).

SENIOR CITIZEN / MEDICARE – Passengers 60 years of age or older, or Medicare card holders, can ride half fare on all fixed routes. You must display either a Medicare card or a Tioga Transport half fare card.

MONTHLY PASS – Good for unlimited rides on all fixed routes within the month for which the pass is valid. Passes must be displayed each time you board and must remain in your possession for the entire trip. Passes may be purchased from any fixed route driver.

TOKENS – May be used in place of cash. Tokens are purchased at Tioga Transport, 72 North Ave. Owego, NY. Special arrangements can be made to purchase from a driver by calling 607-687-7433.

DISABLED PERSONS – Disabled passengers may be entitled to ride for half fare on fixed routes. You must display the Tioga Transport Half Fare Card each time that you board the bus. To receive information on how to obtain a Half Fare Card, call 607-687-7433.

SAFETY TIPS – Take your seat as quickly as possible. Never change seats while the bus is moving. Wait until the bus departs your stop before crossing the street. Refrain from engaging in unnecessary conversation with the driver. No pets, except service animals.
