ADMINISTRATION: Information Technology & Communication Services

The mission of Information Technology and Communication Services (ITCS) is to oversee all facets of computing, including voice and data telecommunications, personal computer installation and repair, application programming, network administration, and technology consulting in support of Tioga County’s departments and agencies, while adhering to high standards of ethics, performance, and financial responsibility. In addition ITCS also provides an asset and inventory system to manage Tioga County’s land, buildings, equipment, and other fixed assets in accordance with County Policy.
