The large tree at the corner of Academy Street and Main Street is scheduled to be removed on Tuesday, December 18th. Academy Street will be closed from Main Street to the first driveway on Academy Street. Tioga County employees and residents will have access to the Ronald E. Dougherty Tioga County Office Building and residence’s via Front Street.
