The Tioga County Department of Public Works is accepting bids for the Dean Creek Road Pavement Overlay located in the Towns of Barton and Spencer. The bid opening will be held at the Public Works office, located at 477 Route 96 in Owego, New York, on Wednesday, June 12th, 2019 at 11:00 AM. All bids must be received prior to the bid opening. Project documents will be available starting Tuesday, May 21st, 2019 at the Public Works office for a non-refundable payment of $25.00.
