Starting July 23rd through July 25th Pennsylvania Avenue from Chestnut Ridge to Long Creek Road in the Town of Owego will be closed due to a culvert replacement. An offsite detour will be in place redirecting traffic onto South Apalachin to Montrose Turnpike to Chestnut Ridge.
