Town Tentative Rolls are filed May 1, each year. It is important that you review your tentative assessment roll to check for correct ownership, mailing address, property location, inventory errors and view your new year’s assessment. Your town tentative roll can be viewed May 1, at your Assessor’s office, at the County Real Property Tax office, or here by clicking on your towns name in the table above. Please note these are large documents, but they can be searched using your browsers search tool. For Internet Explorer you will find it under the Edit menu at the top left of the window.

Questions or concerns should be addressed with your Assessor at this time. After your grievance date has passed, only Administrative Correctable Errors can be addressed.
