Questions & Answers:

Q1: WILL TIRES AND SCRAP METAL BE REMOVED FROM SITE PRIOR TO CLOSING?
A1: YES

Q2: The bid we must submit to Tioga County only includes the Proposal form, NOT the Contract for sale of Property. That contract for sale will be for the winning bidder, correct?
A2: Yes, the contract for sale will be for the winning bidder and need not be submitted with the bid.

Q3: Is the property subject to any prior or existing oil and gas leases?
A3: There are no current oil & gas leases, that appear in the abstract of title, except that there is one 5.096 acre parcel that was not abstracted back to the "40 years to the closest warranty deed" standard. An abstract of title is being done for that parcel at this time, and so it cannot be said with certainty whether there is a current oil and gas lease for that portion of the property. The 5.096 acre parcel in question is noted as parcel no. 1 in Book 405 of Deeds, page 381 in the Tioga County Clerk’s office.

Q4: Are there any pending gas leases on the property?
A4: There are no pending gas leases.
