TRANSPORTATION: Dial-A-Ride Service & Fares

DIAL-A-RIDE
Door to door service is available with a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice. Requests may be made by calling 699-3424. Information needed will be your: name, address, city, telephone, and any special needs.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Dial-A-Ride service is available Weekdays from 8:00am - 5:00pm. All requests must be received by 3:00pm the day prior to the transportation need. Requests must be verified by 5:00pm, the day prior to the transportation need. At this time, you will be informed of the exact arrival time of the bus. Failure to verify the transport cancels the ride.

Dial-A-Ride Service is provided on a first call/first served basis. You may schedule your ride up to two weeks in advance.

DON'T BE LATE!
It is important to be on time for your pick-up. Drivers may not wait for more than 3 minutes for any rider. Therefore if you delay for more than 3 minutes the driver is instructed to continue on his/her route so that other riders will not have to wait.

TO CANCEL A RIDE
If you are unable to take your trip, please call 699-3424 and cancel your ride.
