Tioga County, NY is soliciting proposals for a consulting firm to undertake update of Tioga County’s 1998 Agricultural & Farmland Protection Plan. The update process shall include a review of goal, strategies and implementation status of the 1998 Plan, development of new goals and strategies, and a public participation program. All proposals are due to the Tioga County Department of Economic Development and Planning by Friday, April 26th, 2013. The County reserves the right to reject any or all, or parts of any or all proposals.
