The Tioga County Department of Public Works is accepting bids for East River Drive Pavement Overlay located in the Town of Nichols. The bid opening will be held at the Public Works office, located at 477 Route 96 in Owego, New York, on Tuesday, July 13th, 2021, at 11:00 AM. All bids must be received prior to the bid opening. Project documents will be available starting Friday, June 25th, 2021 at the Public Works office for a non-refundable payment of $25.00.
