RFP - Administration of In-Home Parenting Education Services

Tioga County is seeking proposals for the provision of in-home parent education services.  The curriculum used must be evidence based or evidence informed, strength based, trauma informed, and the education must decrease the likelihood of future abuse maltreatment.  The Agency will provide services to clients the Department identifies as having abused or maltreated their child(ren) or those who have risk factors related to future maltreatment.  The period of this contract shall run from February 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023 and renewed on an annual basis.  Successful bidders shall be prepared to begin service on the contract start date.
