MEDIA RELEASE: Tioga County’s Ongoing Commitment to Mental Health & Wellbeing: Celebrating One Year of CredibleMind

This month marks a full year since Tioga County Public Health and Tioga County Mental Hygiene collaborated to launch CredibleMind! CredibleMind is a mental health and well-being platform with the intent to support individuals and empower them to discover local resources and access support options.

Since its launch in May of 2025, over 3,000 users have visited the site to find resources, complete self-assessments, and improve their mental health and wellbeing. If you have yet to use the site, Tioga County Public Health and Tioga County Mental Hygiene encourage you to do so! All of the information on the site is evidence-based and thoroughly vetted to ensure that Tioga County residents are getting the right information to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Creating an account isn’t required, but it can make tracking your progress easier. You’ll be able to see how your results change over time and get gentle reminders when it’s time for another check-in. And if you choose to make an account, all identifying information is removed, so you can feel completely at ease knowing your identity stays private.
