The Tioga County Department of Solid Waste is accepting bids for 2020 Curbside Recycling Collection Services. The bid opening will be held in the Hubbard Auditorium within the Ronald E Dougherty County Office Building located at 56 Main Street, Owego, New York at 10:30 AM, Friday, June 26, 2020.
