The Tioga County Department of Public Works is accepting bids for the Rehabilitation of Halsey Valley Road Over South Branch Catatonk Creek and Dean Creek Project. The bid opening will be held at the Public Works office, located at 477 Route 96 in Owego, New York, on Friday, January 8th, 2016 at 11:00 AM. All bids must be received prior to the bid opening.
